Convenience retail has a shrink problem the existing tools don’t fit. General-retail analytics aren’t tuned to c-store patterns. Video systems tell you what happened only once you know where to look. And most mid-market chains are stuck on spreadsheets and manual video review. LPSecure was built to give those operators enterprise-grade loss intelligence at a mid-market price — and to make an Operations team productive on shrink without standing up a dedicated loss-prevention department.

The case-management layer. Takes a flagged event through subject, evidence, police detail, notes and status, to an evidence package and a restitution ledger that records what was actually collected.

LPSecure works from daily transaction extracts, not access to your production systems. Two-factor authentication and account lockout are built in, every dashboard is scoped to the sites a user is assigned, and data handling is spelled out in the customer agreement. SOC 2 readiness is underway.
