Why a consultancy has a product
Most firms that advise on software have never had to keep any running. We have. LPSecure started as an operational problem a convenience-store operator couldn’t solve with anything on the market, and became a platform that runs every night against real transaction data.
That changes how we build for everyone else. We know what it costs to own the thing after launch — so we design for the version of it that’s still working in three years.
