Fully on-premise
Runs on hardware in your building. Nothing traverses your firewall. The strongest answer you can give a regulator or an auditor, and the one that needs no explanation.
What you provide: a Windows Server inside your network, and storage for your documents and the index. A GPU is not required — it makes answers faster, and you will want one if a lot of people are asking questions at the same time. No inbound internet access, nothing exposed outside your network. We size it with your IT team during scoping, and it usually lands on a machine you already own.
In your own cloud
Your cloud tenancy
Deployed inside your own cloud account, under your existing controls and agreements. No shared service, no other tenants, nothing routed through us.
AWS and Azure are supported today.
Managed model, your account
Hybrid
The model runs as a managed service inside your own cloud account — Azure OpenAI in your Azure tenancy, or Bedrock in your AWS account. Your documents and your index stay where you put them; the model call goes to your own cloud, under agreements your legal team has already signed.
Current frontier models, without running the GPUs yourself. Nothing is retained or used for training.
